2008 Project Fees & Retainer Rates

Over the last 13 years, we've learned a few things to say the least - one is that pre-funded projects are smoother, faster, and end up costing less for everybody. So to ensure an efficient creative design, development and production environment that benefits all clients G FACTOR has two types of fee arrangements:

Creative, Art Direction, Advertising & Print Design, Electronic Marketing, Web Design & Development, Photography, Image Processing, Media Production Projects are billed as a per project, flat rate fee to be determined by project specifics with a written project proposal. Upon acceptance 50% of the fee is due to start the project and the balance is due upon completion.

'On-demand' Consulting & General Production that is not part of a project proposal, as well as any other service we offer that is not part of a project proposal is billed at an hourly rate and pre-funded by retainer.

This arrangement is for occasional services such as file maintenance, unplanned production, consulting services (including on-site, electronic and over-the-phone support and solutions) and/or the ever-popular 'odd job' where proposal and acceptance is not feasible. 'On-demand' time is billed in 1/4 hour increments @ $150/hr. The following retainers are available for purchase online:

• $750 (5 hours)
• $1500 (10 hours)
