2010 Project Fees & Retainer Rates

Over the last 15 years, we've learned a few things to say the least - one is that pre-funded projects are smoother, faster, and end up costing less for everybody. So to ensure an efficient creative design, development and production environment that benefits all clients GFACTOR has two types of fee arrangements:

Creative, Art Direction, Advertising & Print Design, Internet Search Marketing, Web Design & Development, Photography, Image Processing, Media Production, Exhibitry and Environmental Design Projects are billed as a per project, flat rate fee to be determined by project specifics with a written proposal. Upon acceptance 50% of the fee is due to start the project and the remaining balance is incrementally due at predetermined milestones.

'On-demand' Consulting & General Production that is not part of a project proposal, as well as any other service we offer that is not part of a project proposal is billed at an hourly rate and pre-funded by retainer.

This arrangement is for occasional services such as file maintenance, unplanned production, consulting services (including on-site, electronic and over-the-phone support and solutions) and/or the ever-popular 'odd job' where proposal and acceptance is not feasible. 'On-demand' time is billed in 1/4 hour increments @ $150/hr. The following retainers are available for purchase online:

• $750 (5 hours)
• $1500 (10 hours)
