Description
The Pasadena, CA real estate market is extremely competitive - and not just the housing - there are over 2,100 agents currently active in this area. In developing a strategy for design and eventual marketing of the site, we surveyed over 300 agent web sites for the area and found that more often than not each site was packed with information but very little was relative to creating a sales lead. In our solution we created an identity and web site for Suzie that cut through all the peripheral information and got right down to getting visitors in touch with Suzie to help them buy or sell a home.

Leads from this site have generated cumulative gross sales in excess of 19 million dollars since mid 2003.
